peruvian born alexander neumann raises new questions on the methodologies of contemporary fashion photography; his passion is centered around the subject rather than allowing it to become too confused with fussy styling and story setting; admirably reminiscent of the more minimalist styles of lang and avedon. invoking exoticism by experimenting rather with classical and alluring poses, he succeeds on bringing the fashion forward again, not needing to rely on models, props or models as props; it places his work into a transient space irrespective of location. bravo, i think there is something quite daring about not being too daring in this creative industry…

Since it’s nearly impossible to gauge each individual’s level of sensitivity or stupidity, I’d rather play it safe and classify this site as suitable for adults only. Although that term is still nebulous to me, the responsibility remains that of the viewer.
